Procurement within the Bureau of Real Estate Appraisers (BREA) is the responsibility of the Administration Division. It is the centralized operation of procurement for all goods and services for the Office. The Office does not issue construction or other large contracts.

BREA actively seeks California certified small and disabled veteran businesses for procurement and services.
